NNENA ELEKE MADUKWE
Nnena started and completed her studies in Architecture at the University of Nigeria, between 1983 and 1989. She did her one year National Youth Service with the Urban Planning & Development Board, Bauchi, and was a member of the site supervision team for Makama/World Bank assisted project in Bauchi. She later joined Messrs Urbanalia Consultants, a firm of architects as a Graduate Architect in 1991. Notable among her works are the Nigerian Reinsurance, Lagos and the design of Atlantic Hall (co-educational facility, Lagos)
Nnena is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), she is also registered with the Architects registration council of Nigeria (ARCON). She is currently the Principal Partner and Technical Head of Architectural Department, Spaces+Structures Team Ltd.
AYENI O. ABIOYE
Abioye completed his studies in Architecture at the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria in 1997. He has worked with various firms amongst which are Bello, Bello & Associates, Adonai Design Consult, UNITS Environmental Sciences Limited and Spaces + Structures Team Ltd. Notable projects involved with include GLA Church Project, Park view Estate Lagos, Luxurious Apartments Project at Bishop Oluwole Street V.I. Lagos, British High Commission office renovation Project at Dangote house, Maitama, Abuja, Bureau for Public Enterprise Luxury Apartment, Asokoro – Abuja etc.
He is currently the Managing Partner and Assistant Technical Head of Architectural Department, Spaces+Structures Team Ltd.
ADEBAYO ADEFARASIN
Mr. Adefarasin completed his studies in Quantity Surveying at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos in 1996. He brings to the table extensive and varied experience within the building industry and he is the go to person on construction financing, feasibility studies and construction financial management. He is a Registered Quantity Surveyor as well as a full member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and is an Associate and Technical Head, Quantity Survey Department, Spaces+Structures Team Ltd.
OLARINDE OWONIYI (ENGR.)
Mr. Olarinde started and completed his studies in Electrical Engineering at University of Ilorin, between 1995 and 2001. By virtue of his experience and training and exposure, he is an invaluable member of our team and He is a full member of Nigerian Society of Engineers NSE and currently Technical Head, Building Services Department, Spaces+Structures Team Ltd.
AYODELE AYENI
Mr. Ayeni completed his studies in Civil Engineering at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2002. He has been involved in major infrastructural project within the FCT. Apart from his core competency in building structures his experience in infrastructural works has being invaluable in our projects. He is a full member of Nigerian Society of Engineers NSE and currently Technical Head, Structural Engineering Department, Spaces+Structures Team Ltd.
MOMOH ZAINAB O.
Zainab graduated from Federal Polytechnic Kaduna, Kaduna State in 2007 with an HND in Architecture. She did her Youth Service with Modern Concept Ltd, Nasarawa LGA, Kano State. She Joined Spaces+Structures as an Assistant Architect in February 2010 where within a short while has made her presence felt. She is proficient in the use of CAD software including Autocad, Sketch up & 3D Max and also has a Project Management background, having successful undergone master class training in Project Management. She is currently undergoing the certification process with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
AKINWOLE KEHINDE ABIODUN
Kehinde completed his studies at the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State with HND in Architecture in 2010. He did his Youth Service with WADMUS construction and engineering Ltd, Ilupe Lagos. He joined Spaces+Structures as an Assistant Architect in October 2013 and has since been working with desirable competency. He is proficient in the use of CAD software including Autocad. He had undergone the master class training in project management and a prospective member of Project Management Institute (PMI).
AKINWUMI ALALADE
Akinwumi graduated from Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger State in 2013 with an ND in Electrical Engineering. He Joined Spaces+Structures in 2010. He is proficient in the use of CAD software including Autocad and quite versatile in building services implementation.
